Morgan and Adam's wedding was a stunning celebration at the beautiful Magna Golf Course in Aurora, Ontario. It was truly a dream come true to plan and design such a stunning celebration for a couple whose love for each other was palpable! The team we pulled together was absolutely top notch and the celebration went off without a hitch.
Here's a sneak peek into the day and all the elements that made the day incredibly special.

THE CEREMONY took place in a stunning courtyard surrounded by manicured hedges and a spectacular view of the golf course. The ceremony itself was designed in the round, so guests felt included and a part of the whole experience. In the centre of the guest chairs, Rachel A. Clingen created a stunning 4 piece custom floral and foliage asymmetrical archway. Tons of whimsical greenery and branches were accented by little pops of delicate blooms in ivory and a soft blush colour. Moss covered the bases of the pillars to give an enchanted garden aesthetic to a rather “functional” element. Also, the bride’s father officiated the ceremony. A legal officiant stood in place in the centre of the ceremony to start, and swapped placed with Morgan’s father as soon as he had walked her down the aisle. Guests were all so surprised and so touched. It made the ceremony oh so personal. To top it off, the groom asked his father to be his best man. Cue the waterworks.

THE RECEPTION décor featured long rectangular tables that sprawled down two stone patios, covered in white tents with gorgeous pebble grey draping. Wooden beaded chandeliers hung from the ceiling to accent the Restoration Hardware inspired wooden Louis chairs that guests sat upon. The table linens were an oatmeal colours natural linen fiber and were topped with sheer ivory chiffon runners. Rachel A. Clingen designed gorgeous tablescape of florals that ran down the centre of the tables in varying shapes and sizes. Crystal vases were filled with botanical inspired blooms including garden roses, ranunculus, stock, hydrangea, and little pops of blue tweedia. The blue accents were inspired by the gorgeous blue Finezza charger plates at each place setting. On top of the chargers sat white mis-matched lace accent plates, and custom ivory menus to match the stationery suite. White gauze napkins were paired with white and gold flatware and cut crystal stemware. Every detail was thought of so thoroughly.

THE HEAD TABLE had a spectacular feature: a 12ft crescent floor installation that was designed to look like a garden sprung up in front of the bride and groom. Tall whimsical blooms (including white stock and delphiniums) were accented by roses and trailing greenery. The fireplace behind the head table echoed the whimsical garden sentiment as did the hanging rough iron chandeliers above.

THE CAKE was a stunning three tiered cake designed by Christina from Truffle Cake & Pastry .The cake had a beautiful cluster of sugar flowers in blush, dusty blue and taupe on the top tier along with a couple of sugar berries and some soft grey greenery! There was a small cluster between the top tier and second tier as well! The fondant is mostly white but has a touch of watercolour blue/grey/taupe/blush on the tiers, along with small wafer paper flowers and touches of beading. At the bottom of the second tier and working down the third tier are bands of fondant/gumpaste to add another kind of texture to the cake! This design definitely has a soft and whimsical feel to it!
