We approach planning a wedding as a collaborative and creative experience, with a high touch level of service and transparency. With my background in directing and producing, we like to think of our weddings as one day productions where our clients are the stars of the show. We bring together the all star crew, you supply the cast of characters, and together we create Oscar worthy celebrations.

 

We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to exceed expectations and cultivate creative teams that are able to bring to life any wedding dream. We believe wedding planning should be intentional and enjoyable, and that by putting trust in the hands of professionals the outcome will consistently be successful.

Our comprehensive Full Service offering for private estate celebrations allows you the opportunity to host this uniquely complex event with true peace of mind. Our hands-on approach to behind-the-scenes logistics, and experience in the nuances of building a venue from the ground up will leave you relaxed and with the permission to enjoy your celebration.  We reserve this exclusive service for a maximum of three celebrations per year to allow for specific professional attention.

Commencing three months prior to your wedding date, your wedding coordinator Kelly will be your guide through the final stages of confirming your wedding details. Our team will be onsite at your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception to ensure every aspect is executed with precision and ease.  service is perfect for the bride and groom who want to take control of choosing and booking their own vendors, yet have the ease of no worries on their wedding day.

 

  • Three months of coordination

SETTING EXPECTATIONS

In our experience, we have found that our clients typically invest a minimum of $800 per guest on their entire wedding experience. While our private estate and tented wedding clients typically invest a minimum of $1,500 per guest. These are averages and part of our experience is guiding you through properly budgeting for the scope and scale of your desired event.

 

We like to advise our clients to consider their wedding planner expenses an additional investment outside of their overall wedding budgeting.

 

While we do not require a minimum investment to partner with us, we do insist on being transparent about expectations and the work that is typically represented visually on our website and social media. This way, there are no surprises when it comes to matching expectations with scope and scale of the wedding you are imagining

 

VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS

We hold in high regard our established relationships with the industry’s best creative partners. We highly recommend allowing us to guide you through selecting the perfect team to bring to life your dream celebration. Though we do not hold exclusivity with these partners, our time spent getting to know their trusted work has proven to consistently meet and surpass our client’s expectations and proven unsurmountable when it comes to the success of an event.

Following our consultation, we will send you a customized proposal specifically relating to your wedding day and needs. Once approved, we will send you a digital contract via DocuSign to finalize our partnership.
